Who we are
STAF was formed in 1996 by Facilitators in the area that wanted to start a local networking group. The group started with 6 members and has grown to 14 at the present time. We meet on a monthly basis for 6 hours and rotate each month to let each Facilitator be able to host a meeting. We have a charter and guidelines in place.

We select 1 or 2 topics each month to discuss at the meeting and they include items like: Facilitator Development, Data Analysis, Coaching Strategies, Observation Strategies, Training, Turnaround Observations, Observations Integrated into the Office and at Home, Milestone Celebrations, Keeping the Process Evergreen, Sustainability Index, Dashboard, Conferences, Management Buy-in, and Burn-out Issues.
